Sorry I am late, but here is the answer

The idea is to follow the 4 steps:

1) Restore the nsf file (either via GUI or via command line)
2) Get the list of missing nlos by running "tell doasmgr listnlo -o missing_nlos.txt MISSING Location_of_restored_nsf"

3) Restoring the missing nlos by commandline (bprestore -C computer_name -S backup_server -p backup_policy_for_nlo -s start_date -e end_date -w -f missing_nlo_file)
